You can customise the Peep to your own specifications, choosing from a choosing from a white, black, or custom finish, or from three beam angle options: a sharp 24°, a generous 36° or a wider 60°. What is the Warranty Period of Your Products?

We offer an amazing life-time warranty period on all of our products, in which we will repair or replace your product. Our lifetime warranty policy offers you and your client long-lasting satisfaction and peace of mind when choosing us for your lighting solutions. Find out more here.

 

What is Your Return Policy?

We ask that if for some reason our products do not meet Lighting of London product standards, you must notify us of your intention to return them within 10 business days. Once notified, our products must be returned within 10 business days. Authorised returns will only be accepted for goods that are in a clean, re-saleable condition, unused, undamaged, unmodified, in their original box with all contents included, and without any additional labels or writing on the goods or their packaging. When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?

We take pride in keeping stock in the UK, which allows us to deliver most orders within 3 – 5 working days. However, in some cases, such as when unusually large quantities of a single product have been ordered or a bespoke product has been requested, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. We make it a priority to keep our partners informed every step of the way, as we understand the importance of effective project planning.

 

How Do I Know What Driver to Use?

We hear you! We know that working out exactly what driver to use for each of our light fittings is not at the top of your list. So why not use our driver calculator ; with each of our products on this handy .csv file, you can put together a quote quicker than ever.

 

What is the Dark Sky Policy?

The Dark Sky Policy aims to reduce light pollution, conserve energy, protect wildlife and human health, support astronomical research, and preserve natural nightscapes. We’re working towards the Dark Sky Policy to ensure our exterior products are compliant with their guidelines to prevent light pollution and protect wildlife. We only provide exterior lighting at 2700K, to be Dark Sky Policy compliant, and to be mindful of our role in the wellbeing of our planet.

 

What if I Want a Custom Colour?

You can absolutely have a custom colour! We ceramic coat our products, which is more beneficial and longer lasting than powder coating. We have over 140 colours to choose from, with colour palettes inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Due to a custom colour product being a bespoke order, this can take up to 6 weeks to be ready. Please note that the H-Series colours are exclusively for interior environments and the C-Series colours are exclusively for exterior environments

Lights That Last A Lifetime .

At Lighting of London, we believe great lighting should last. That’s why every product we make is designed, engineered and tested to the highest standards.

To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products as standard.

This means that if a Lighting of London product develops a manufacturing fault in design, materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.

How It Works .

To make a warranty claim:

  • Let us know about the issue within two months of discovering it

  • Contact us in writing

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Return the product to us so we can inspect it

 

If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

If the exact product is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a suitable alternative of similar specification.

What Isn't Covered .

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or lack of proper maintenance
  • Damage during installation
  • Modifications or repairs carried out without our approval
  • Use of non-approved parts
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Electrical systems that don’t comply with regulations
  • Environmental damage such as lightning, flooding or fire
  • Damage caused during transportation
  • Use in coastal locations where the product is not designed for that environment
  • Our range of drivers and LED tape –  these have a warranty period of 3 years.

Returns Policy .

At Lighting of London, we aim to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items .

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide photos of the issue if possible

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund or credit where appropriate

Incorrect Items .

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can arrange a return and replacement.

Returning Non-Faulty Items .

In some circumstances we may accept returns for items that are not faulty.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 10 business days of delivery
  • Request a Returns Authorisation Number
  • Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in clean, re-saleable condition
  • All original contents must be included

Non-faulty returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds for non-faulty items will be issued as a credit note.

Items That Cannot Be Returned .

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items that are damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without authorisation

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Orders .

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lighting of London. Quotes are valid for 3 months and product images or descriptions are for guidance only.

Stock & Lead Times .

We aim to keep all products in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours, and a lead time of up to 40 days may apply.

Delivery .

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Goods are considered delivered once collected or delivered to the agreed address.

Returns .

Returns must be requested within 10 business days of delivery.
Non-faulty returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be unused and in original packaging.

Payment .

Lighting of London does not offer credit terms to any company

Liability .

Lighting of London’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
