To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products as standard. This means that if a Lighting of London product develops a manufacturing fault in design, materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.
Under this warranty, Lighting of London will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.
If Lighting of London determines that a product requires replacement and the original model is no longer available, Lighting of London reserves the right to replace it with a product of similar specification and performance. Due to ongoing developments in LED component technology, identical replacements may not always be possible.
Lighting of London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to persons, animals, or property, resulting from failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions.
